For our Digial & Data Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for an Assistant NAM E-Commerce Channel Intern
During this experience you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
eCustomer Management

Support the Senior eCommerce Account Manager in the management of the main eCommerce Pure Player customers

Coordinate and secure the execution of the masterplan by interfacing with the main customers and the eContent & Search Team
-
Support the eCommerce team in creating presentations and eCommerce trade stories for meetings with eCommerce custom

Support the eCommerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability

Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimization
eCustomer Database Maintenance

Mantain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations

Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities

Support eCommerce Senior Account Manager on creating pricing condition, order management by interfacing with internal stakeholder
Perfect On-Line Shelf Implementation

Monitor and secure the implementation of online shelf guidelines

Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy
