Job Description:

• Визначення та реалізація можливостей, спрямованих на збільшення обсягу продажів Продукції і поліпшення її представленості в магазинах клієнтів

• Розробка стратегічного плану розвитку клієнта

• Проведення переговорів з клієнтами, підготовка договорів

• Досягнення необхідних параметрів роботи і представленості Продукції в магазинах клієнта

• Проведення промо-активностей в магазинах клієнта в рамках річного маркетинг-плану і цільового бюджету

• Контроль витрат на клієнта в рамках планового річного показника

• Контроль своєчасності замовлень і виконання графіка поставок по всіх магазинах клієнта

• Підготовка періодної звітності

• Оцінка ефективності проведених промо-заходів

• Підвищення ефективності поставок на розподільні центри клієнта, а також схем мерчендайзингу

• Проведення польових тренінгів

• Проведення польових аудитів

• Підготовка та впровадження принципів управління категорією

• Регулярні зустрічі / тренінги з регіональними співробітниками з метою передачі експертизи

• Підвищення продажів Продукції через розбудову категорій у клієнта

• Забезпечення виконання плану продажів Продукції і ключових параметрів роботи щодо стимулювання збуту Продукції в магазинах клієнтів

• Виконання кількісних та якісних стандартів представленості Продукції

• Контроль ефективності використання бюджетних коштів

ОСВІТА / КВАЛІФІКАЦІЯ

• Вища освіта (бакалавр і вище)

• Наявність водійських прав категорії «В» і досвід активного водіння автомобілем від 6 місяців

• Успішне проходження тесту з водіння автомобіля

• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) просунутий користувач

• Знання англійської мови на рівні Upper Intermediate

• Знання основ фінансів

ДОСВІД РОБОТИ

• Досвід роботи в активних продажах в FMCG компанії від 5 років

• Досвід управління ключовими клієнтами

• Досвід ведення переговорів на рівні прийняття рішень

• Досвід лідерства у проектах в рамках регіону / країни

• Досвід управління людьми від 2 років
