What are we looking for?

Senior Host Profile (Development/Projects) This profile is focused on the creation of new functionalities, module migration, and attention to evolutionary projects. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: Analysis, design, and construction of Batch and Online (CICS) programs. Maintenance and optimization of complex COBOL packages for the banking core. Management of DB2 data structures and VSAM file management. Creation and modification of JCLs for the execution of massive processes. Technical quality assurance through unit tests and compliance with banking security standards. EXPERIENCE (YEARS): Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Mainframe environments. BASE TECHNOLOGY STACK: Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, Changeman or Endeavor (Version control). ENGLISH LEVEL: Basic - Intermediate (A2/B1): Understanding of technical manuals and tools. EXPERIENCE IN THE BANKING SECTOR: Essential. Knowledge of banking transactional flows and high availability regulations.
