What are we looking for?

Objective of the position: Ensure the correct documentation, analysis and follow-up of business requirements in Bancassurance initiatives, coordinating the implementation of projects with business, technology and operations areas to guarantee operational quality, regulatory compliance and continuity in value delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, operational rules and functional needs.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology teams.

• Provide end-to-end follow-up to initiatives, products, campaigns, operational improvements and migrations.

• Coordinate deliverables, milestones, risks and deviations with internal areas and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate definition, follow-up and issue resolution sessions between business, IT, operations and related areas.

• Analyze end-to-end sales, issuance, collection, claims and cancellation processes to identify improvements and controls.

• Participate in UAT testing, system validation and post go-live follow-up.

• Generate reports, dashboards and operational and commercial indicators for decision making.

Challenges of the role:

• Integrate into a work cell with the need to strengthen operational capacity and specialized functional knowledge.

• Ensure traceability of requirements and change control in initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

• Balance business, operations, technology and regulatory compliance needs.

• Convert functional and operational information into clear, actionable and useful documentation for implementation.

• Provide timely follow-up to projects and risks in a regulated financial environment.

Essential requirements: Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO or project follow-up.

• Experience in the financial sector, insurance, banking or regulated environments. - Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation and end-to-end project follow-up.

• Experience coordinating business and technology areas.

Technology:

• Functional documentation: BRD, FRD and user stories.

• Excel for analysis, follow-up and reporting.

• Modeling and analysis of AS IS / TO BE processes.

• Participation in UAT and system validation.

• Generation of dashboards, reports and KPI follow-up.

• Knowledge of insurance or bancassurance processes: sales, issuance, collection, claims and cancellations.

• Knowledge of CNSF, CNBV regulation or general financial regulations.

Key competencies (ESSENTIAL):

Desirable:

• Specific experience in Bancassurance.

• Knowledge of financial or insurance products.

• Experience with digital channels, branches or contact centers.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum or Kanban.
