The team you will be a part of

The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.

This role in summary

We are looking for a strategically minded and execution-oriented Growth Manager to drive scalable online revenue across key Latin American markets, primarily Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.

_In this role, you will lead conversion-focused growth initiatives across both our owned brand websites and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre, Amazon). You will be responsible for orchestrating four key pillars—Performance Media, Content/Creative Strategy, SEO, and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing—to maximize acquisition, retention, and total sales. This role sits at the intersection of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Commercial strategy.

Your responsibilities will include

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to scale sales across owned D2C sites and marketplace storefronts in Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia in a profitable approach

• _Align growth targets (ROAS, CLTV, Conversion Rate, GMV) with commercial and regional leadership.

• _Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok / Marketplace Ads like Mercado Ads and Amazon Ads).

• _Drive organic growth strategies through full-funnel SEO optimization for owned D2C channels and marketplace product detail pages (PDPs).

• _Manage agencies and performance budgets, ensuring optimal allocation based on market performance and return on investment.

• _Build and optimize multi-touch CRM and marketing automation funnels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp) to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and CLTV.

• _Segment customer bases to create personalized post-purchase and re-engagement campaigns.

• Partner with Content, Design, and Editorial teams to brief, test, and scale high-converting creative assets (ads, landing pages, marketplace banners, email templates) tailored to local market nuances working along with the brands team for bring the brand experience to our sites & marketplace for whirlpool, maytag and kitchenaid

• _Execute continuous A/B testing cycles across ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and CRM flows.

• _Collaborate with Business Intelligence to build dashboards, track full-funnel KPIs, analyze consumer behavior, and extract actionable insights.

• _Localize growth levers for specific market dynamics (e.g., payment methods/installments in Argentina, key shopping events like Buen Fin, Hot Sale, CyberMonday).

• _Collaborate with digital teams in order to bring innovation and technology optimization for the ecommerce environment (such as, but not limited to, analytics, tagging, UX, technologies tools, etc..)

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years of experience _in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce Management.

• _Proven track record of driving revenue and managing growth across both D2C e-commerce platforms and Marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre, Walmart, Amazon).

• _Hands-on expertise managing and scaling performance media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and Marketplace Media (Mercado Ads, Amazon Ads).

• _Solid experience with SEO practices and CRM/Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Insider or similar).

• _Strong analytical background working with data platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel) and key e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CR).

• _Deep understanding of consumer behavior and e-commerce dynamics in Mexico, Colombia, and/or Argentina.

• _Experience with extensive people management across multicultural and countries

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Preferred skills and experiences

• _Experience working in a D2C, e-commerce or marketplace.

• _Background collaborating with Brand, UX/UI, and Editorial teams to align growth goals with storytelling and experience design.

• _Previous experience managing multi-country campaigns or launches within LATAM.

• Comfortable with tools like Excel/Sheets, SQL, and/or basic Python for data analysis

• _Comfortable working in cross-functional squads with product managers, data analysts, designers, and content strategists.

• _Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results with limited oversight.

• _Prior experience working in cross-functional global teams.

• _Experience with lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
