About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Attraction Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team on an initial 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities and recruitment administration support to ensure an efficient, compliant, and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in candidate attraction, screening, assessment, interview coordination, and employer branding activities while helping build strong teams for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.

• Create and post job advertisements on internal and external recruitment platforms.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and networking channels, when needed.

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening against role requirements.

• Perform HR interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, motivation, and fit.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support the selection process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Recruitment Administration & Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple functions and locations.

• Coordinate interview logistics, including meeting invitations, interview panels, assessment materials, and candidate communications.

• Manage recruitment-related documentation and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track candidate progression throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely updates.

• Support offer preparation and pre-employment administrative activities.

• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.

• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, data privacy requirements, and employment regulations.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Conduct proactive candidate searches.

• Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.

• Leverage market intelligence and external trends to support talent attraction strategies.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events.

• Promote Schneider Electric's Employer Value Proposition through social media and external channels.

• Contribute ideas to strengthen candidate attraction and engagement.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Completed or in progress)

• Experience with candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is preferred.
