Business Development & Operations Manager, Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)
Work location: Zagreb and Ljubljana

Key Responsibilities

Lead SGS business growth and development across Croatia and Slovenia.

In Slovenia, oversee P&L performance, operational effectiveness, and achievement of financial objectives.

In Croatia, drive commercial growth, market expansion, and business development initiatives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Lead commercial activities to increase revenue and market share.

Represent SGS and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and values
Qualifications
Candidate profile:

Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or a similar commercial leadership role.

Experience in a B2B service environment is considered a strong advantage.

Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targets

Fluent in English; knowledge of Croatian and/or Slovenian is considered an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities

High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity
