Deputy Manager - Finance
Overview
We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support the SCF function for managing the COGS and Operating Expense (OPEX) line within the P&L. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning and analysis experience, a deep understanding of P&L management, and the ability to provide meaningful business insights through financial analysis. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can partner with business partners, own budgeting and forecasting activities, perform detailed variance analysis etc.
Responsibilities

Own and manage the Supply Chain Finace portion of the P&L.

Lead monthly financial reviews, including detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year).

Support and actively participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Identify key business drivers behind financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and SCF functional leaders to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance.

Ensure accuracy of financial reporting during the month-end close process while providing analytical commentary beyond reporting.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting (CA/CMA with 3+ years of Experiance).

Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively across geographies and teams.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables.
