For our Tigotà store in Potenza we are looking for a:

BEAUTY CONSULTANT / BEAUTY ADVISOR

A passionate, dynamic and customer-oriented person who wants to transform every encounter into a dedicated experience.

You will become part of the perfumery, cosmetics and make-up department team, and will accompany customers in choosing the most suitable products for their needs, offering personalized and professional advice, thanks to an empathetic and attentive approach.

We are looking for a person who combines passion, technical skills and relational skills in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

The ideal profile should have the following characteristics:

• Even brief experience in perfumeries, beauty stores, beauty centers, herbalists or parapharmacies.

• Specific knowledge in skin care, alcoholic perfumery and make-up.

• Authentic passion for the beauty world and for sales.

• Empathy and aptitude for customer contact, to establish relationships of trust and listening.

• Excellent communication skills, kindness and predisposition to teamwork.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic context.

• Willingness to work in shifts (including holidays), with even split hours and possible short transfers to nearby stores.
