The Content Adaptation Specialist is a key member of the Content Services Adaptation team, responsible for adapting in-scope adaptation and complex design projects. This role focuses on delivering high-quality visual content adaptations across multiple touchpoints, including static materials, POSM, video, and digital assets.
The ideal candidate is passionate about design, highly detail-oriented, and experienced in editing and adapting visual content for e-retailer websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. This role ensures flawless execution of content adaptation while providing creative recommendations aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Partner with the Project Manager to review and validate project feasibility based on business inputs.
Gather additional production details (e.g., visual references, creative pegs) when required.
Ensure timely execution of projects and adherence to agreed delivery timelines.
Proactively communicate delivery risks and negotiate deadlines with requestors when needed.
Adapt images, videos, HTML5 banners, POSM, basic 3D artwork, and animated assets according to briefs and brand guidelines.
Execute editing, retouching, resizing, formatting, and contextual adaptation across channels.
Visualize and interpret briefs to deliver engaging and effective content adaptations.
Provide creative recommendations to enhance adapted content while respecting brand consistency.
Perform thorough quality checks against briefs, guidelines, and technical specifications.
Ensure all deliverables are error-free and meet final production standards for print, web, social media, and eCommerce platforms.
Maintain proper documentation and organization of project files and assets.
Collaborate closely with Content Graphic Producers, Content Project Manager Specialists, eCommerce Specialists, Content Services Librarians, and eContent Account teams.
Conduct Service Quality Score surveys at the end of each project or campaign.
Analyze production and process issues to identify improvement opportunities.
Liaise with the Content Services Supervisor to implement quality and efficiency improvement plans.
Ability to quickly understand brand positioning through Brand Guidelines
Strong planning skills with a focus on quality deliverables
Solid understanding of design terminology, technical requirements, and asset compatibility
Creative and innovative production mindset
Strong conceptual and visual design skills
Interest in communication, advertising, and brand storytelling
Good understanding of Digital, ATL, and BTL advertising assets
Excellent organization of files, folders, layers, and design elements
Knowledge of final production requirements (print, web, social media, eCommerce)
Ability to manage priorities and deliver against tight deadlines
Capacity to handle workload peaks and volume surges effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills

1–2 years of experience coordinating content production activities
Proven hands-on experience in:
Basic HTML5 coding and adaptation capabilities
Professional experience in content and eContent production
FMCG industry experience is highly preferred
