Job Description

Translate commercial briefs into tangible products by co-creating product briefs, negotiating with factories, and steering the production process. You are the linchpin in achieving the 14-day production turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Brief Co-creation:**​ Co-create product briefs together with the Commercial Lead based on trend data and commercial needs.

• **Supplier Negotiation:**​ Negotiate with factories on prices, timelines, and quality standards to secure the 14-day lead time.

• **Production Steering:**​ Curate samples and steer the production process to ensure timely delivery.

• **Logistics:**​ Oversee product delivery and logistics to ensure products hit the market on time.

Key KPIs:

• Added topline sales.

• Number of product drops delivered.

• Impuls products go-in margin.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product development and production.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships under tight deadlines.

• Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain logistics.
