Job Description:

Using UG for 3D/2D design of (sunroof or window) motors, including mechanical structures, sub-components, and electromagnetic components.

• Develop the product specification and drawing,

• Convert customer requirements to design solutions based on Bosch existing product and standard

• Release engineering documents for new product, including Drawing, BOM and test specification

• Design new components and issue tolerance chain calculation

• Collaborate with Bosch experts from other countries to develop motors

• Responsible for DFMEA

• Issue test failure analysis

Job Qualification:

Major in Mechanical engineering or related;

3 years design/engineering experience or above, motor experience is a plus;

Familiar with common plastic and metal material in motor industry;

Basic knowledge for GD&T;

• Able to read and written, spoken English

Qualifications

• Responsible for DFMEA

• Issue test failure analysis
