Junior
(Junior) Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role supports employees, visitors, and business functions by coordinating administrative processes, managing office facilities and supplies, and collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.
The position plays a key role in creating a well-organized, welcoming, and productive work environment.
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Managing orders for office supplies, refreshments, and other materials necessary for office operations
Liaising and cooperating with suppliers and external service providers (couriers, cleaning services, building management, etc.)
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Welcoming visitors and providing organizational support during office visits
Supporting the organization of meetings, training sessions, and company events
Coordinating document flow and maintaining administrative records and archives
Supporting onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing workstations, materials, and system access
Monitoring office equipment and facilities, and identifying procurement needs
Cooperating with HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities teams to address ongoing organizational requirements
Initial experience in administration, customer service, reception, or office support roles
Experience in organizing events or coordinating administrative projects
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Communicative level of English proficiency (minimum B2)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
