Kierownik zmiany (k/m/n)

ZADANIA NA STANOWISKU:

• caring for the work safety of the subordinate team

• implementation of production plans in accordance with quality, quantity and time assumptions

• organization and coordination of the work of the subordinate team

• supervision of the production process, reporting deviations from technological standards

• identifying problems and implementing improvements

• cooperation with the UR and Equipment Preparation departments

WYMAGANIA:

• higher technical education (preferably: plastic processing, mechanics and machine construction)

• minimum one year of experience in a similar position in a production environment

• experience in managing a team of employees

• ability to organize work and make decisions based on facts

• knowledge of English enabling free communication

• readiness to work in shifts
