About the Role
We are looking for a Time and Attendance (T&A) Project Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria. This role is critical in driving the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of time and attendance processes, ensuring full compliance with Bulgarian labour legislation. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of local T&A regulations with hands-on experience in workforce planning and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Time and Attendance projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure full compliance with Bulgarian labour laws and regulations related to time and attendance, working hours, overtime, rest periods, and leave entitlements.
Apply and oversee the summarized calculation of working hours (сумирано изчисляване на работното време) in accordance with the Bulgarian Labour Code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Legal, Operations) to align T&A processes with broader organisational needs.
Develop and maintain workforce planning schedules, ensuring optimal coverage while adhering to legal requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation or system enhancements related to T&A.
Serve as the subject matter expert on T&A rules, providing guidance and training to stakeholders and team members.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track project progress, compliance metrics, and key T&A indicators.
Support audits and internal reviews related to time and attendance practices.
Manage relationships with external vendors or system providers as needed.
Requirements
Must Have:
Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation, specifically related to time and attendance, working hours, and the summarized calculation of working hours.
Previous experience in workforce planning and scheduling.
Understanding of shift patterns, rotation models, and rest period regulations.
Project coordination or project management experience.
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
