Capacity Ramp Management
Lead factory capacity ramp planning and execution to support production demand. Develop ramp schedules, resource plans, and recovery actions.
Monitor capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and output performance.
Coordinate line readiness, equipment installation, qualification, and staffing plans.
Drive ramp readiness reviews with stakeholders.
Program & Project Management
Manage end-to-end program timelines, milestones, and risks.
Track project deliverables and ensure execution aligns with business goals. Lead cross-functional meetings and action follow-ups.
Escalate critical issues and drive closure plans.
Support business continuity and contingency planning.
Manufacturing & Operations Coordination
Work closely with production, IE, ME, PE, and facilities teams.
Coordinate factory layout changes and production line setup.
Support productivity improvement and cycle time reduction initiatives.
Ensure smooth transition from NPI to mass production.
Supply Chain & Material Readiness
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams on material readiness. Monitor shortages, long lead-time items, and supplier risks.
Align build plans with component availability.
Quality & Process Control
Ensure ramp activities comply with quality requirements.
Support yield improvement and process stabilization during ramp.
Coordinate corrective actions for production or quality issues.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular project status updates to management and global teams. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and ramp reports.
Communicate risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions clearly.
Requirements
B.S. in an engineering, operation or related field plus
5+ years of experience in managing complex product development or operations in electronics, Semiconductors or Opticals manufacturing
Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with NPI ramp and mass production transfer is preferred.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats
High level of integrity, work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to travel as required/possible to coordinate projects and build relationships with the larger international development teams
