Branch Sales Manager-Industry Service Line
Major Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas (Upstream/Downstream), Power Plant (conventional & renewables), Refinery, Fertilizer & Other Process Plant sectors across Bangladesh including the textile sector.

Technical Consultation: Understand client technical requirements for asset inspection and recommend appropriate NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT) or Advanced NDT (PAUT, TOFD, SRUT, PECT, LRUT, MFL).

Key Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with International Oil & Gas Companies, National Oil & Gas Companies, and major EPC contractors.

Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals for large-scale industrial tenders (including e-GP and private biddings).

Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by promoting specialized services like RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) and FFS (Fitness-For-Service), Sustainability Services, HSE services.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects in Bangladesh to align sales strategies.

Qualification and Experience

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

Professional Experience: 15+ years of overall Industry experience and 10+ years proven experience in Industrial Technical Sales. Direct experience selling Services like - Inspection, NDT, Asset Integrity, Owners Engineering, Environmental services, Design review services, HAZOP/HAZID is mandatory.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Industrial NDT techniques and their applications and fare knowledge in API (510, 570, 653) inspection services and applications.

Local Industry Network: Established contacts within Petrobangla, BPC, BPDB, or private IPPs (Independent Power Producers).
Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and English communication skills. Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial value for the client
