Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled PMC Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical construction activities for a major petrochemical project. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This role requires extensive technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience in managing electrical installations on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management:
Supervise and manage all electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
Oversee the work of the EPC contractor, ensuring compliance with electrical plans, drawings, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure that electrical activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve electrical-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Support and Problem Solving:
Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, addressing any electrical-related queries or issues.
Review and approve electrical plans, drawings, and technical documentation related to the project.
Identify and resolve technical problems that may arise during electrical installations, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Quality Assurance and Control:
Ensure that all electrical works are performed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and project specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that electrical activities meet the required standards and specifications.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of electrical works and materials.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure effective coordination of electrical activities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during electrical activities, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
