The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants’ work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member contributes directly to our consultants’ success—and thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

You believe a thing is worth doing only if it’s done right? And dependability is your middle name? Then apply to join the Group as an Office Operations Specialist.

With your process-oriented and precise work style, you'll support the Office Manager on all office management tasks and a wide range of administrative activities, including special assignments. In addition, you'll serve as a competent contact person for current and new employees at the Munich office regarding administrative and office-related questions.

You'll onboard new colleagues on their first day in the office, independently support and organize internal events, and serve as the primary point of contact for our internal caterer. Finally, you'll take on diverse ad-hoc projects and continuously contribute improvement ideas and suggestions for concept development and implementation in your daily work.

• You bring strong service and customer orientation and interact professionally with colleagues and external service providers.

• You are confident and work independently and proactively.

• You are a strong coordination, organizational, and improvisational talent, able to manage different topics simultaneously.

• You enjoy preparing internal decision documents to support the Office Manager.

• You bring absolute integrity and discretion.

• You are reliable, flexible, and perform well under pressure, maintaining high quality standards and a conscientious, structured approach.

• Your positive, friendly, and open manner, attention to detail, and genuine enjoyment of working with people set you apart, including on topics such as affiliation, workplace safety, and employee onboarding.

• You are proficient in MS Office and have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll join our Munich Office Operations team, whose work with one another is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, trust, and of course, fun! The team's various interfaces will give you interesting insights into the work of the other departments. You'll report to the responsible Office Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
