Job Description

• Broker & Mailbox Management: Regularly monitor incoming requests from customs brokers and manage mailbox updates.

• Documentation Verification: Review import documentation for each request, with a special focus on verifying Bosch material numbers, appropriate customs text, and entry dates within the SAP/GTS system.

• Data Coordination: In cases of missing data required for customs classification, promptly contact Bosch business units to request supplementary information (using Excel formats), send regular reminders, and monitor deadlines.

• Broker Communication: Provide timely feedback and status updates to customs brokers

• Performance Tracking: Record, monitor, and regularly update each case in KPI tracking spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field

• Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics

• Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good command of English
