Job Description

Validation of requested billing adjustments.

Resolve discrepancies on invoices by using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Assist the B2C and billing teams in MEC activities.

Ensure in-scope billing activities are supported on a daily basis.

Provide good customer service through verbal and written communication.
Qualifications

ADVANCED ENGLISH
-
At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing, or collections experience.

Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.

Oracle (desirable)
