As a Sales Excellence Intern – Middle East & Africa, you will be part of a regional team shaping how we drive customer-centric, data-driven commercial excellence. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders, gain hands-on exposure to how Kraft Heinz operates, and contribute to initiatives that support sustainable growth across the MEA region — while building skills, confidence, and a strong internal network.
Support Sales Excellence execution and governance across key commercial cycles, including 3-Year Plan (3YP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and GTM SteerCos across MEA.
Assist in tracking, reporting, and governance of commercial KPIs and OKRs, helping ensure clarity, consistency, and strong performance management
Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Sales Excellence. Management System (processes, capabilities, and technology) across the MEA region.
Help coordinate and support communities of practice for Sales leaders, including quarterly best-practice forums.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and insights to support sales leaders and regional leadership reviews and decision-making.
Learn fast, collaborate openly, take ownership, and contribute every day to making our commercial organization stronger.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong interest in Sales Excellence, commercial strategy, and business performance
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural MEA environment
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn by doing
Excel skills and good verbal communication
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and digital tools
Structured and analytical mindset
