As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will support customers to enjoy comfortable shopping. You will greet customers with a smile, guide them through the store to help them find what they are looking for, and introduce H&M products. We value our philosophy and contribute to our personal and company growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Clearly convey knowledge about fashion and products so that customers can choose products that suit them.

• Work with the team to provide service that exceeds expectations so that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience at H&M.

• Always keep the sales floor and back office well-stocked, organized, and comfortable.

• Support store opening and closing operations.

• When interacting with customers, convey your own and the brand's appeal positively.

Qualifications

• Evaluation of store positions: As the Sales Advisor position receives many applications, we use an online evaluation method based on skills as part of the selection process, and you will need to complete a task. Your answers will be scored by an evaluation tool based on the criteria set by H&M Group.
