Employee Experience Services Specialist

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Within the Global Places & Services team, you will report directly to the Employee Services Manager. As an Employee Services Specialist, you play a key role in shaping various workplace services on the Nike ELC campus. You will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to create an inspiring and distinctive employee experience. In this way, you ensure an environment that welcomes, inspires, helps people grow, and enables them to succeed.

What makes you successful:

• You have a proven track record: You bring at least 5 years of experience in employee experience, workplace services, facility management, or project management.

• You think big and get things done: You love to lead complex projects in a dynamic, international environment where speed, change, and collaboration are the norm.

• You make decisions based on data: You feel at home with dashboards, analyses, and tools such as Smartsheet, Qualtrics, or similar platforms. You reason at a Master's level and translate insights into actions that truly make an impact.

• You build strong partnerships: You know how to optimally manage suppliers, contracts, and budgets and build sustainable relationships that contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

• You are an expert or enthusiastic pioneer: Experience in domains such as hospitality, food services, sport & wellbeing, workspace design, cleaning services, or landscaping? That gives you an extra advantage.

• You know how to get people on board: With strong communication in Dutch and English, you inspire, convince, and connect stakeholders at every level of the organization.

No relocation package is provided for this position. Candidates must currently reside in Belgium to be eligible for this role (with the exception of current cross-border workers).
