In this role, you will be involved in the design and management of Change Management and Digital Adoption programs, supporting organizations in adopting new ways of working, both technological and cultural, in line with current challenges and emerging trends.

What you will do You will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:

• Analyze the client's mission, vision, culture, and needs from a cultural and technological change perspective.

• Collaborate in the design and application of frameworks and models for effective change management.

• Support the definition and implementation of Change Management plans for the introduction of collaborative technological solutions.

• Contribute to the evaluation of the impact of change and digital readiness, helping to define change strategies.

• Participate in the design and delivery of training plans to accompany people during change.

• Support in measuring the effectiveness of Change Management programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Collaborate with more senior resources for the coordination of project activities.

Who we are looking for We are looking for a motivated, curious person with an interest in Change Management and digital innovation, with:

• Interest or first experience (including academic) in areas such as Change Management, Digital Adoption, Project Management, or similar.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for teamwork.

• Precision, attention to detail, and proactivity.

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package.

• Knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level.

• Degree or currently studying in economic, organizational, psychological, communication, or related disciplines.

Your challenge You will participate in the management of organizational change projects for our clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and helping to ensure alignment with objectives and quality standards. You will also support the development of our offering in the field of Culture & Change Management, sharing ideas and learnings with the team and contributing to the growth of our internal initiatives.
