KONE Business Services (KBS) is looking for an Automation & AI Solutions Intern to help drive AI and automation initiatives across our global business operations. This is a unique opportunity to work on practical AI use cases and develop automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and automation across business processes

• Support development and testing of AI-powered solutions and proof of concepts

• Create and optimize prompts for Microsoft Copilot

• Build workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate)

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI and automation use cases

• Collaborate with process owners and analytics teams

• Support AI adoption through training materials, user guides, and demonstrations

• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities for implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a university student (preferably in Information Technology/Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Business Informatics/Software Engineering or a related field).

Essentials

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English Language

Preferred

• Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini)

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI use-case development

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:

  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • AI Builder
  • Power BI

• Basic understanding of Python, APIs, or low-code/no-code technologies

• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new technologies

Salary

We offer a competitive hourly rate of 7 EUR gross, along with the chance to gain real-world experience and grow professionally.
