Customer Order Specialist
Your role:
Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked, screened and allocated.
Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order
Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
Supporting logistics activities to ensure the delivery of equipment in accordance with the expectations of customers
Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
Pro-actively communicate to customers internal in a clear and customer-centric way
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 1 year of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service
You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results
You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail
You are proficient in English languages (B2 or higher)
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)
Compensation & Benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 71,200.00 - 94,933.33 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
