All about the role:

Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement. Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems. Implements local action plans (such as Direct Material efficiency, Low-Cost Country, and Service Call Rate improvement action plans). Supports ramp-up of projects. Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Cost Reduction (CR) Team from idea initiation until projects implementation and collaboration with related team to deliver cost saving in order to meet the company goal

• Lead and follow up all VE & CR projects activities

• Summarize CR KPI and report by monthly (ECI-OPI, M5, STAR Product)

• Lead CR weekly meeting and Stand meeting

• Project assignment and balance workload in team

• Counteraction for issues of VE & CR projects

• Generate recovery/backup projects and plan activity for next year

• CR team budget planning and control

• Improve working process for higher working efficiency

• Make development plan for CR team members

• Support activities of PC team

Who You Are:

• Bachelor in Engineering

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in Part/Product Development, Cost Reduction and Quality improvement in the R&D department of home appliances industry.
