From Elecnor, we are looking for a Site Manager to handle the technical-economic management of construction and installation projects with experience in concrete structures, for private clients in the province of Madrid.
Functions:

Management of reform and rehabilitation construction projects at a structural and installation level for private clients.

Responsible for the correct technical execution of the work.

Contact with the client to detect needs and follow up on them.

Organize and plan works with own and subcontracted personnel.

Economic control of projects, contact with suppliers.

Ensure compliance with safety and OHS plans.
Requirements:

Education: Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Public Works and/or Civil Engineering and/or Quantity Surveyor.

Experience of at least 3 years.

Valuable minimum B1 level of English.

Driver's license.

Microsoft Office, Presto, Autocad.
