What You'll Do

As a Student Assistant in our Office Services & Events team, you will help create a professional and welcoming experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors at our Berlin office. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys organization, service, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Welcome clients, visitors, suppliers, and service providers; answer and forward calls; and manage the team inbox in Microsoft Outlook.

• Coordinate meeting rooms, support office events and meetings, and ensure spaces and materials are prepared on time.

• Handle mail and courier services, printing and binding requests, office supplies, and occasional errands.

• Support office maintenance and liaise with service providers to help maintain an efficient and pleasant workplace.

• Support the internal office space booking system, handle confidential information with care, and contribute to special projects and process improvements.

What You'll Bring

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and expect to remain enrolled for at least two years after your start date at BCG; you do not have a mandatory internship planned in the near future.

• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, hands-on attitude.

• You are confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• You are approachable, professional, and service-minded, and you enjoy interacting with a wide range of people.

• You work reliably and independently, think ahead, and keep track of priorities.

• You stay calm and solutions-oriented when plans change or several requests come in at once.

• You are available to work flexibly during our office service hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Who You'll Work With

You will join a close-knit team of full-time colleagues and student assistants and report to the Client Experience & Event Manager. You will also collaborate closely with the wider Office Operations team. We support one another, especially during busy periods, and value a friendly, cooperative working environment.
