Addetto/a al Customer Care _ part time
Lavoropiù SPA_Agenzia per il Lavoro_ricerca e seleziona per azienda con sede a Venezia un/una Addetto/a all'Assistenza Telefonica.
La risorsa sarà assunta per una realtà specializzata in servizi di customer service, outsourcing, customer satisfaction, analisi dei dati e marketing operativo.
Si occuperà di gestire le chiamate in entrata provenienti da clienti privati inerenti:

problematiche tecniche legate ai prodotti, software o hardware

richieste di informazioni sui servizi o stato degli ordini

supporto nell' acquistare un prodotto o prenotare un servizio al telefono
Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato con orario part time di 30 o 35 ore settimanali, su turni dalle 8.00 alle 19.00 dal lunedì al sabato.
