What the day will look like

• 기업 고객 대상 재무 보고를 위한 퇴직연금제도를 포함하는 장기 직원 복리후생 제도의 계리 평가

• 퇴직연금, 직원 복리후생 및/총보상(Total Rewards)에 대한 기업 고객자문 서비스 제공

• 팀원들과 협업하여 제안서 작성 및 부가서비스 제공 등 비즈니스 개발 지원

• 내/외부 리소스를 활용하여 새로운 비즈니스 성장 기회를 발굴

Skills and experience that will lead to success

[Required]

• 4년제 대학 졸업 이상의 학력을 소지하신 분

• 계리 자격증을 소지하신 분 (FIAK, ASA, IFoA, FIAA)

• 퇴직연금 계리 및 컨설팅, 금융시장 또는 퇴직연금분야에서 3년 이상의 업무 경험이 있으신 분

• 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분

[Preferred]

• 수학, 통계학 및/또는 보험계리학 전사 학위를 보유하신 분

• Microsoft Office, 특히 Excel에 능숙하신 분

• 영어 소통이 원활하신 분 (Speaking & Writing)
