RESPONSABLE DE ALMACÉN

At GMF Railway Maintenance Services, part of the COMSA Group, we are a company specializing in the maintenance of railway rolling stock, the manufacture and marketing of spare parts, and the design of new equipment.
With more than 50 years of experience, the organization provides an integral service that combines efficiency and quality criteria, with optimal safety conditions, in state-of-the-art facilities and at competitive costs.
We are currently looking to incorporate a Warehouse Manager at our workshop in Constantí.
What will you do?:

Purchase orders: Place orders with suppliers following internal regulations and ensuring process traceability.

Stock management: Supervise warehouse inventory to ensure availability and adequate conditions, optimizing storage according to planning.

Order and cleanliness: Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness for efficient material use and compliance in audits.

Stock update: Register stock levels in the system and assign them to maintenance orders for cost control.

Security: Comply with prevention, quality, and environmental standards according to group protocols.

Operational tasks: Participate in required tasks, ensuring quality and deadline compliance.

Order tracking: Create and track orders, informing teams about dates, changes, or delays.

Material control: Control and locate all materials at the Constantí center.

Stock planning: Introduce safety stock levels and reorder points in SAP; support inventory planning.

Audits: Control inventory to comply with internal and external audits.

Stock review in other centers: Periodically verify stock levels in external centers and ATV.
Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar.

Experience in team management.

Leadership skills.
-
Driving license.
