We are currently looking to incorporate an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Constantí.
What will you do?

Manage various customer requests to create the appropriate files for the execution of work and follow-up until their completion.

Creation of different types of work orders in the system so that work costs can be imputed.

Sending budgets once maintenance work is completed.

Execute tasks where your participation is required, in order to perform them in terms of quality and deadlines.
Requirements:

Vocational training (FP) or Training Cycle in Administration or similar.

Microsoft Office
-
Driver's license and own vehicle
