Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Product/Program Assurance Manager to act as the quality reference point for some important Division Programs in the start-up phase. The preferred work location is Rome Laurentina. Applications are also accepted for the Genoa Fiumara office.

The person, interfacing with all project/program figures both internal to the company (IPT) and external (Client, Partners ..), will be responsible for the following activities:

• Analysis and planning of product/supply quality requirements, drafting of quality plans, estimation of quality activity costs. Collaboration in drafting other program plans;

• Execution of planned Quality Assurance activities for the program (document review, participation in Reviews, tests, ....) in order to ensure full conformity of the supply/product and program execution according to company, contractual and mandatory requirements, also pursuing customer satisfaction;

• Identification and management of corrective or preventive actions as needed;

• Support in the acceptance of program/offer sub-supplies;

• Participation in the identification and mitigation of program/offer risks;

• Execution of program audits.

Educational Qualification:

Degree in STEM field or equivalent experience.

Seniority:

Junior/Expert. At least 1/2 years of experience in Program Quality or Quality Management System area.

Technical and IT Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO9001 standards;

• Knowledge of SW/HW analysis and development methodologies;

• Knowledge of Office Suite.

Behavioral Skills:

• Interpersonal and communication skills;

• Tenacity in pursuing required quality objectives;

• Managerial, organizational and methodological competence.

Language Skills:

English, at least B1 level, written and spoken.

Other:

Willingness to travel for short periods mostly in Italy/Europe.
