The figure supports the digital transformation of the Administration, Finance and Control Department, working at the intersection of processes, technology and project management.
The role involves the analysis of Finance processes, the identification of digitalization opportunities and the operational management of project initiatives, from requirements gathering to the release and adoption of solutions. It is a transversal position oriented towards innovation, process improvement and project coordination.
Analysis of Finance processes and evaluation of critical areas and opportunities for optimization and automation;
Collection of business requirements and preparation of functional specifications;
Support for digital project activities using ERP, RPA, BI, AI, workflow management solutions and other process automation tools;
Collaboration with IT and external suppliers for the development and evolution of digital solutions;
Preparation of project documentation for committees, progress updates and presentations to management;
Management of testing activities (UAT), go-live and post-release support for digital solutions;
Training and support for users in the adoption of new digital solutions;
Monitoring of KPIs for the performance of digitalized processes and proposal of continuous improvement initiatives;
PMO activities and coordination of project initiatives.
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, STEM or related disciplines;
Interest in digitalization, technology and business process improvement;
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude;
Ability to work on cross-functional projects with different stakeholders;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package; experience with Power BI is a plus;
Good knowledge of the English language.
The following will be considered positively:
Experience, even brief, as a Business Analyst, PMO or Process Analyst;
Familiarity with ERP tools, RPA solutions, BI platforms or digital transformation projects;
Experience in requirements gathering, UAT testing, go-live or release support activities;
Curiosity, autonomy, proactivity and a continuous improvement orientation.
Compensation & Benefits Package
For this position, the gross annual salary will be between € 31,400 and € 41,000
