As a Maintenance Engineer, you will help power operational excellence by solving complex technical challenges and enhancing the performance of critical plant equipment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Diagnose and resolve equipment and process challenges
Lead troubleshooting of machine breakdowns and performance issues
Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Drive preventive maintenance and reliability improvements
Support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance goals
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Support maintenance systems, tools, and technology integrations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Experience with troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem solving
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools
Effective communication skills and flexibility to support varied shifts
