? Wat ga je doen?

Als Product Application Engineer ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, sales en klant. Je vertaalt complexe technische vraagstukken naar praktische en doordachte oplossingen. Je gaat onder andere:

• Klanten en het salesteam adviseren over de juiste frequentieregelaar voor hun toepassing

• Technische klantvragen vertalen naar concrete oplossingen en Bills of Material

• Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstellingen en integratie in installaties

• Trainingen en technische uitleg geven aan klanten en collega’s

• Sales ondersteunen met sterke technische argumentatie richting de klant

• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken rondom frequentieregelaars

• Klanten in Nederland bezoeken voor ondersteuning op locatie

• Nieuwe functionaliteiten testen in samenwerking met Product Management en R&D

• Test- en trainingsopstellingen bouwen

• Samenwerken met specialisten op het gebied van PLC-systemen, motion en robotica

• Technische cases oplossen en klantvragen beantwoorden

• Bijdragen aan het Drives Team en de internationale Machine Solutions Community

? Wie ben jij?

Je brengt mee:

• Een hbo-diploma in Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting, of aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en denkniveau opgedaan door werkervaring

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een klantgerichte aanpak en het vermogen om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met klanten en interne stakeholders

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

• Ervaring met of aantoonbare kennis van technisch complexe toepassingen binnen industriële automatisering

• Een proactieve, zelfstandige en besluitvaardige werkhouding

• Een samenwerkingsgerichte instelling en de bereidheid om hulp te vragen wanneer nodig

• Flexibiliteit in werktijden en een hands-on mentaliteit

• Bereidheid om te reizen binnen Nederland

Technische kennis

Je hebt:

• Kennis van mechanische aandrijvingen en vermogensberekeningen

• Inzicht in industriële automatisering en frequentieregelaars

• Gedegen elektrotechnische en natuurkundige basiskennis (stroom, spanning, vermogen en koppel)

• Vaardigheid in het lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s

• Basiskennis van netvoedingsstelsels en beveiligingen
