Role: Store Manager Brand & Location: Intimissimi – Kensington High Street, London W8 5SF Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week Reports to: District Manager & Area Manager
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, achieving KPIs and developing a high-performing team.
What You'll Do

Lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales and performance targets.

Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety and administrative procedures.

Monitor KPIs and use commercial insights to maximise store performance.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
