Overview

Lead Asia Foods AOP product development agenda across Philippine, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Korean, Japan and etc. driving innovation, region migration strategy, productivity, brand stewardship and future pipeline development. Accountable for technical leadership of all platforms including Cheetos, Lay’s, Doritos and future growth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia Foods innovation product design and development across Philippine, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Korean, Japan markets, delivering AOP innovation calendar and future pipeline a

• Drive region migration strategic agenda and commercialization programs across key brands including Cheetos, Lay's and Doritos, ensuring successful implementation and business continuity.

• Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Insights, Supply Chain and Operations teams to define and execute innovation strategies aligned with business priorities.

• Lead technical brand stewardship initiatives, including product quality improvement, renovation programs, Product Positive agenda, sodium reduction, ingredient optimization and consumer experience enhancement.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional R&D teams including Seasoning, Packaging, Nutrition, SRA, FSQA to ensure timely project delivery, while establishing technical discipline across projects, and ensuring all technical documentation and deliverables comply with Technical Stage Gate

• Build technical capability for import-export markets and identify long-term innovation capability, strengthening APAC Foods portfolio and future platform expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering or related disciplines.

• 6+ years of product development experience within multinational food and beverage companies.

• Proven experience leading complex innovation and commercialization projects across multiple functions and markets.

• Strong understanding of snack product development, process technologies and manufacturing systems. Demonstrated capability in project leadership, stakeholder management and influence without authority.

• Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English. Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Working knowledge of adjacent technical functions including Packaging, Sensory, Nutrition, Regulatory, Food Safety and Quality.

• Ability to translate business strategies into technical solutions and execution plans.
