The Legal Department has as its mission to provide transversal legal support to the various areas of Worten, ensuring legal requirements in the various areas of activity.
Your day-to-day:
Support to the IT, Profit Protection and Brand & Communication teams, ensuring close, pragmatic and solution-oriented advice;
Negotiate and review technology and services contracts (software, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, integrations and technological partnerships), as well as commercial contracts and provision of services for the protection of our assets, marketing and IP;
Support loss prevention and management operations, including internal procedures, interaction with authorities and articulation with the Security and Operations areas;
Validate campaigns, contests, commercial communication and brand activations, ensuring compliance with the applicable legal regime;
Autonomously manage a significant portfolio of pending issues, with multiple internal interlocutors and simultaneous deadlines;
Anticipate risks and propose solutions;
Support in Due Diligences, lead the implementation of relevant legislation in the area, issue opinions and recommendations, analyze legal risk;
Manage criminal litigation in coordination with the Profit Protection area and litigation management.
What we are looking for:
Law Degree and registration with the Bar Association;
5 years of relevant professional experience, in a law firm and/or in-house legal department;
Fluent English (oral and written);
Strong ability to manage multiple interlocutors and priorities in a dynamic environment;
Proactivity and flexibility in adapting to change;
Collaborative profile with a critical sense and willingness to understand the business in depth.
