Job description

Staff S.p.A., Agenzia per il Lavoro – Filiale di Genova, is looking for a HR Generalist for a client company operating in the food sector.

The resource will join the Human Resources office and will mainly deal with personnel administration, representing an operational point of reference for daily activities.

Main activities:

• Administrative management of personnel (hirings, extensions, terminations, contractual changes and related documentation);

• Interface with the labor consultant for the transmission of information necessary for payroll processing;

• Management of relations with Employment Agencies;

• Monitoring of main administrative deadlines;

• Support in daily personnel management and interface with production managers;

• Occasional support for research and selection activities.

Required skills:

• Experience, even brief, in personnel administration or HR;

• Preferably from structured companies in the food sector;

• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;

• Precision, organization and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously;

• Proactive attitude, quick learning and good relational skills.

We offer:

• Initial fixed-term contract with concrete prospects for stable employment;

• Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30;

• Placement at the 4th or 5th level of the CCNL Alimentari Piccola Industria - CNEL E018, commensurate with experience;

• Indicative gross annual salary: 24,000 € – 29,000 €.

Workplace: Genoa.
