Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Cyber Technical Account Manager for our offices in Rome Laurentina and Milan Nerviano with the possibility of employment also in the offices of Chieti Scalo, Genoa Fiumara, Florence Campi Bisenzio and Naples Pomigliano.

The Cyber Technical Account Manager is the main technical interface between the Customer and the Global Cyber Security Center, which manages all technical aspects relating to the Cyber services provided.

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support the Customer in the operational management activities of security systems;

• Participate in review and progress meetings, for the evaluation of the status of project activities, the evaluation of potential risks, the formulation of solution proposals and the examination of results;

• Support the design and implementation of security infrastructures;

• Support the Customer in technological scouting;

• Support the Customer in the design and implementation of security platforms in complex environments;

• Prepare project/service technical documentation;

• Coordinate all activities inherent to the provision of services in the MSSP (SOC, CSIRT, RED TEAM, CTI) area, representing the technical interface between the Cyber Security Center teams and the Customer.

Educational qualification: Master's degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent culture.

Seniority: Expert/Senior. At least 5 years of work experience in Security Operations, in the creation of complex projects and management of security platforms.

Technical/IT knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of the main attack patterns to an IT and OT infrastructure;

• Advanced knowledge of SIEM, firewall, EDR, BAS, IPS/IDS Firewalling, IPS/IDS, Web Content Management, Privileged Identity Management, Advanced Threat Defense, Antispam technologies;

• Advanced knowledge in administration/configuration of the main security platforms;

• Knowledge of the main infrastructural and application architectures typical of a Large Enterprise;

• Experience in Incident Handling activities;

• Experience in managing and monitoring recovery plans.

Behavioral skills:

• Excellent relational skills;

• Aptitude for teamwork;

• Flexibility.

Language skills: English with a minimum B2 level

Other: Availability for short-medium term national and international travel.
