Job Description:

Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Planner & Control for the Montevarchi (AR) office.

The selected candidates will be inserted into the Planning & Material area with the aim of controlling and monitoring the procurement process of electronic and mechanical materials for production lines, ensuring the timing, costs and quality of the materials themselves.

The resources will carry out the following activities:

• Entry of production requirements

• Verification and monitoring of material purchase campaigns

• Monitoring of Kit completion for production order processing and consequent release for warehouse withdrawal

• Advancement of the production plan

• Verification of production or procurement lead times

Educational qualification: Diploma from a technical institute (Electronics) – Management Engineer

Required experience level: Expert (3-5 years)

Technical knowledge and skills

• Knowledge of MRP principles – Manufacturing Requirement Procurement;

• Basic knowledge of production flows and related non-conformity management;

• Understanding and knowledge of electrical diagrams, assembly diagrams and parts lists;

• Basic computer skills;

Behavioral skills

• Time and priority management;

• Collaboration, flexibility;

• Teamworking;

• Problem Solving orientation;

Language skills: good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)

Computer skills:

• Knowledge of the SAP application

• Knowledge of Office suite

Other (e.g. availability to travel/specific certifications required…): Availability for temporary business trips (a few days) both in Italy and abroad

How does the selection process work? Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified. The selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude, followed by a in-depth technical interview with the Business. At the end of the process, feedback is given to the person, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.
