Job Description: Über die Position

Als Electrical Designer (w/m/d) sind Sie zuständig für die optimale elektrische Auslegung unserer Trockentransformatoren, die weltweit in unterschiedlichen Bereichen zum Einsatz kommen. Vom Bahnbereich über Schiffe, bis zum Kraftwerk und einiges mehr. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, mit Sitz in unserem Werk in Brilon an internationalen Projekten mitzuarbeiten.

Das können Sie bewirken

• Elektrische Auslegung von Resibloc-Transformatoren unter Berücksichtigung der gesamtkostenoptimalen Lösung

• Definieren und Erzeugen der verschiedenen Materialbedarfe

• Erstellen der Wickelangaben und Festlegen der produktspezifischen Parameter

• Kosten kalkulieren und Risiken abschätzen

• Beratung und Unterstützung des Vertriebs in kommerziellen und technischen Fragen

• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Lösung technischer Fragestellungen zusammen mit dem Kunden

• Durchführen von Messwertanalysen zur Optimierung der berechneten Verluste, Kurzschlussspannungen, Schalldruckpegel und Übertemperaturen.

• Beteiligung an Entwicklungsprojekten und Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilung

• Mitarbeit bei Rationalisierungsprojekten mit dem Ziel einer Kostensenkung oder Leistungssteigerung.

• Mithilfe bei der Klärung von Störungen, Problemen oder Unklarheiten im Fertigungsablauf

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Schwerpunkt Energietechnik

• Erste Erfahrungen in der Berechnung von elektrische Maschinen wünschenswert

• Erfahrung mit FEM (Finite Element Method) Software wünschenswert

• Starke technische Affinität, dennoch aber auch betriebswirtschaftliche Denkweise

• Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösenden Fähigkeiten

• Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe

• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
