An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small and energetic team in the La Marzocco Middle East office. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator.

Position

Objectives of this role:

Events and Brand Activations

• Create, plan and coordinate local events and brand activations, including showroom events, trade shows, product launches, workshops and community initiatives.

• Manage partners, suppliers, invitations and on-site execution, developing relationships with the regional coffee community nd supporting showroom traffic and commercial objectives.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

• Lead La Marzocco Middle East’s social media and digital presence, including content planning, copywriting, creative briefs, production coordination and publishing.

• Create and adapt local content in alignment with global brand guidelines, and support digital campaigns, email marketing and CRM activities.

• Coordinate with the global marketing team on paid media priorities, performance and optimisation.

Brand and Marketing Coordination

• Ensure La Marzocco’s global brand positioning is consistently implemented and adapted to the Middle East market.

• Create relevant local content and use market insights and performance results to share key learnings and recommendations with the global team.

Product Marketing and Sales Support

• Support local product launches and ongoing awareness of La Marzocco machines, grinders, accessories and services.

• Work closely with the sales team on events, presentations and materials that support customer relationships and lead generation, while managing the inventory and distribution of merchandise, promotional items and sales-support materials.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Proactivity, Empathy and multi-tasking attitude;

• Fluent in English

• Terms: This position is available immediately, initially offered on a 6-month probation period.
