Production Control Operator

Within the Electronics Business area, we are looking for a Production Control Operator for our Fusaro (NA) office.

The resource will be involved in the activities of control, monitoring and support of the production process of assembled electronic boards (PCBA) digital and radio frequency and power modules for AESA antennas intended for radar and communication systems, with particular attention to production performance.

Main activities:

• Monitoring of production progress against production plans and assigned priorities;

• Control of production flows along the different phases (SMT, completion, rework, testing);

• Verification of compliance with work cycles, operating instructions and standard times;

• Detection and reporting of deviations from production KPIs (productivity, efficiency, lead time, scraps);

• Support for achieving quality, time and cost objectives

• Operational interface with production, quality, logistics and process engineering departments;

• Updating of production information systems and compilation of progress reports;

• Interface with Materials Management, Expediting and Procurement functions for compliance with deliveries within the times required by operational plans.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Management Engineering

Seniority

• Junior: 1–3 years of experience

Technical knowledge and skills

• Knowledge of PCBA assembly and testing processes (SMT, completion, rework, test);

• Ability to read and understand work cycles, bills of material (BOM) and operating instructions;

• Basic knowledge of the main production KPIs (efficiency, productivity, scraps, lead times);

• Familiarity with structured high-reliability production environments;

• Ability to use SAP, MES systems or equivalent tools for monitoring production performance.

Behavioral skills

• Precision and attention to detail;

• Organizational and priority management skills;

• Aptitude for operational problem solving;

• Ability to work in a team and interface with multiple company functions.

Language skills

• Basic knowledge of English for understanding technical documentation.

Computer skills

• Use of IT tools for KPI monitoring and production reporting;

• Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerBI.
