The Opportunity
Responsible for implementing procedures such as TPM, WCM, and PeMM.
Responsible for reviewing, planning, executing, and monitoring operational and maintenance training.
Responsible for preventive maintenance on cartridge storage lines.
Your Impact
Ensure the implementation of procedures such as TPM, WCM, and PeMM through centralized structuring, indicator management, and support for globalization initiatives to reduce maintenance costs, improve production line performance, and implement Productivity Projects in Brazil.
Ensure the review of the competency matrix to develop our workforce, considering technicians and operators, in order to avoid unplanned downtime due to lack of knowledge.
Guide/train production operators on best operational and cleaning practices, aiming at equipment conservation and efficiency.
Manage the lubrication program, implement four steps to prevent premature deterioration of bearings and conveyors, seeking the availability of our equipment through training, KPI creation, and development of new technologies.
Lead Time-Based Maintenance (TBM) with a focus on spare parts and emphasize the pre-assembly kit list.
Create and manage a set of standards to define basic maintenance practices: manual elaboration, monitoring, and performance.
Daily monitoring of area performance through management of performance indicators, energy consumption, and costs.
Participate in daily meetings to report problems faced and develop action plans.
Ensure the execution of predictive maintenance, measurement, maintenance plans, and the quality of the executions performed.
Who are we looking for?
Graduated in Electrical Engineering / Automation / Mechatronics / Production.
Specialist in standards such as TPM, WCM, and PeMM.
Knowledge of the skills matrix to identify gaps.
Fluent spoken English.
Management systems such as Office and SAP-PM.
Brazilian legislation.
Desirable experience in the food industry, with knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety.
Ability to deal with frequent problems and challenges: Ability to prioritize tasks, present solutions, and create innovative solutions to solve problems.
Advanced ability to share information with technicians and operators.
Ability to work autonomously in a team, with the ability to deal with uncertainties and highly complex problems.
Ability and flexibility to work in different cultures and organizations with their particularities.
Availability to travel.
