Gestionar la identificación de peligros, evaluación y control de riesgos en actividades críticas como túneles, excavaciones, espacios confinados, trabajos en altura e izaje de cargas.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente (Ley 16.744, DS 40, DS 594, entre otros) y de los estándares de Ferrovial y Metro.
Realizar inspecciones en terreno, controlar permisos de trabajo y verificar la aplicación de procedimientos de trabajo seguro.
Investigar incidentes y accidentes, determinar causas raíz y hacer seguimiento a acciones correctivas.
Elaborar indicadores y reportes HSE para la toma de decisiones de la obra.
Coordinar capacitaciones, inducciones y campañas de seguridad para personal propio y subcontratistas.
Mantener relación con organismos administradores, fiscalizadores, Comité Paritario, Metro y asesorías externas.
Apoyar la implementación y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
Participar en auditorías, fiscalizaciones y procesos de certificación ISO 45001.
Supervisar el desempeño preventivo de subcontratistas.
Gestionar planes de emergencia y simulacros.
Analizar indicadores de seguridad y proponer mejoras focalizadas para reducir la accidentabilidad.
Título de Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos o profesional afín con postítulo en Prevención de Riesgos.
Registro vigente como Experto en Prevención de Riesgos ante la SEREMI de Salud.
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en construcción, infraestructura u obras civiles, idealmente en proyectos subterráneos o de gran envergadura.
Conocimientos sólidos en legislación de seguridad laboral, SG-SST e ISO 45001.
Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Office y herramientas de gestión documental.
Deseable certificación en trabajo en altura, espacios confinados, primeros auxilios e ISO 45001.
