Vos missions :

Within a department of about ten people, you will contribute to the integration of the Renault fund into our systems.

• You contribute by collaborating with the project team in defining the system necessary for the visualization of the fund by internal and external stakeholders.

• You categorize documents according to defined archiving methods.

• Carry out the diagnosis and analysis of the fund held with a view to computerization and define the necessary procedures.

• Inventory of storage on external sites.

• Establishment of an action plan to define conservation or separation methods.

• Implementation of action sheets according to categorization.

• Identification of the duration, human and financial resources for computerization.

• Define solutions for dissemination and access to the fund's resources.

• Visibility of collections (digitization, virtual or physical exhibitions).

• Define the schedule for carrying out the actions associated with the implementation.

Qui êtes-vous ? :

• You are in Master BAC+5 training at a university or engineering school, master's degree in archives, training of heritage curators.

• You master Internet tools and specialized software necessary to facilitate the circulation of documents and research.

• Rigor, method and meticulousness are mandatory.

• You have expertise in inventory, critical analysis, report writing, proactive proposals.

• You have soft skills such as rigor, autonomy, initiative, ability to work in a team.
